Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Main metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules and external factors.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight and size

  • Courier rates

Bulk or palletised orders may require custom shipping quotations.

Courier Services

We use trusted third-party courier partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery

  • Delivery address details are correct and complete

NewCarbon is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details supplied by customers.

Damaged or Missing Goods

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Email photos and order details to: sales@newcarbon.co.za 

We will investigate and arrange replacement or resolution where applicable.

Bulk & Agricultural Deliveries

Certain NewCarbon products are supplied in bulk. Delivery may require:

  • Suitable offloading facilities

  • Adequate access for courier vehicles

Customers will be notified if special delivery arrangements are required.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

NewCarbon aims to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with South African Consumer Protection Act requirements.

Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving goods, provided:

  • Products are unused

  • Products are returned in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs during this cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are defective or incorrect.

Returns Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product is defective

  • The incorrect product was supplied

  • The product was damaged during delivery

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products exposed to contamination or improper storage

  • Custom or bulk orders prepared specifically for a customer

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after returned goods are received and inspected.

Exchanges

Where stock is available, defective or damaged products may be replaced instead of refunded.

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Description of issue

    • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the return process.

Storage & Handling Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper storage and handling of NewCarbon products after delivery. Improper storage may affect product performance and return eligibility.
