1  Definitions

  • “Products” refers to any goods sold by NewCarbon, including Biochar and Wood Vinegar.

  • “Customer” refers to any person or entity purchasing or using our products.

2  Use of Products

  • Products are intended for their specified applications only.

  • Biochar is intended for soil enhancement, carbon sequestration, and related agricultural or horticultural purposes.

  • Wood Vinegar is intended for agricultural, gardening, and soil management purposes.

  • Customers must follow all usage instructions provided by the Company. Improper use may reduce effectiveness or cause harm.

3  Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website or authorized distributors.

  • Payment must be completed in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock shortages or errors in pricing.

4  Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon delivery.

  • Shipping fees are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise specified.

  • The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, including but not limited to crop loss, property damage, or health issues caused by improper use.

8  Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective products or products damaged during shipping.

  • Customers must notify NewCarbon within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued at the Company’s discretion.

  • Customized or bulk orders may not be eligible for returns.

9  Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
